Leviticus 27:13-15

¹³ The person might want to buy the animal back. He must pay the price of the animal and one fifth more.

¹⁴ A person might give his house to the Lord. The priest will decide if the house is good or bad. The priest will decide the price of the house. ¹⁵ The person might want to buy the house back. He must pay the price of the house and one fifth more. Then it will again belong to him.
